Lee Schearer - American Real Estate and Appraisal Company

Who is Lee Schearer and what can he tell us about "Real Estate" in the region?

After having a career in the real estate /appraisal industry (47 years and going strong) I have learned a great deal, thanks in great part to continuing education requirements and dedicating myself to providing my best service to my clients and hopefully your referrals. I invite you to join me Wednesday November 7, 2017 where I can discuss the changes to these industries.

I will also discuss why it is important to have an advocate who will act in your best interests when either selling your home or purchasing one. The ever-changing real estate markets within the Triangle Region require you to work with an experienced Agent so that you don't make a serious misstep in protecting one of the most valuable assets you will have in your lifetime, your home.

I will also speak about my background both as an "Army" Brat" and my military service, serving within the United States, Germany and Vietnam, and how these events have influenced my attitudes, motivation and ambition to serve my fellow Veterans and my fellow entrepreneurs within the Chapel Hill Leads Group. I leave you with this quotation from "The Treasury of Quotes by Jim Rohn "One person caring about another represents life's greatest value"

See you there.

More importantly, Bring plenty of Business Cards and be ready to network!

If you missed last Wednesday's meeting ...

Marie Snider - Marie Snider Speaks

Are you letting negative statements hamper your business growth and development?? Marie Snider will take you on a useful and fun exploration of how your linguistic approach can make or break your business and your morale!

See you there.

More importantly, Bring plenty of Business Cards and be ready to network!
